MIZ- OZ Nasal Spray is a nasal decongestant medicine used to treat nasal congestion (blocked nose) caused by the common cold or flu, hay fever and other allergies by narrowing the blood vessels in your nose to relieve nasal congestion and blockage. It should be used as advised by your doctor for the recommended duration as the use of this medicine beyond recommendation may result in worsening of symptoms. Most common side effects include nose irritation and dryness of the mouth or throat. It is recommended to inform your doctor about preexisting heart problems / hypertension or overactive thyroid gland or glaucoma (increased pressure in the eye) or medications for the following conditions.
